Fix your Flinching
This is for Live fire training NOT DRY FIRE
If you need help hitting without flinching. buy this.
Get 3 identical magazines. Put one of these in each. Put various amounts of live rounds in each magazine. Example 2 3 and 4. then mix up the mags so you don’t know when the last live round is about to be shot, at first you will see the flinch. The more you work with this the flinch will start to go away.
This is like a Ball and dummy drill. The advantage is you can do it by yourself, and you don’t need to chase dummy rounds on the ground.
